We’re going to the Boston Festival of Indie Games

Treasure Adventure World was selected to be a part of the Digital Games Showcase at the Boston Festival of Indie Games. It’s being held on Sept 13th in Boston, MA. So, if you’re already going, or are near Boston you should come visit us. We’ll be showing off the updated combat system and a new boss battle that we’ve finished.
As a part of the show, visitors can vote for their favorite games in a number of categories. The winners will receive a “Figgie” Award. I wouldn’t mind winning one of those. 
If you read my Post-Mortem about PAX East you’ll know that it was less than successful for us. The amount of press, pre-orders and social media we got was lacking considering the cost of exhibiting (at least for now, as we’re still in Alpha). So I was actually really looking forward to seeing how the TooManyGames Expo would compare. TMG is not even remotely the same scale as PAX, but I think in some ways that is a benefit for a small indie game at this stage.

If you’re in the greater Philadelphia region with nothing to do this weekend, you should come to the TooManyGames Expo in Oaks, PA. We’re bringing the latest build of the game and we have a fresh supply of swag (buttons and posters). And you can also do what I’ll be doing (time permitting) and look for some good deals on old games.
We’re exhibiting in the Indie Showcase near the arcade area. Our booth number is I09 – Robit Studios – you can find us on the map.
